My name is Anthony Ugarte, and I founded Black Ops Plumbing in 2017 with a clear purpose: to serve people the way they deserve.
When I started working toward my plumbing license, I spent time with several well-known companies in the industry. I learned a lot—but I also saw things that didn’t sit right with me. Over time, it became clear that the industry was shifting in a direction that didn’t always put the customer first.
I knew there had to be a better way to do this. A more honest way. A more disciplined, accountable way.
So I built it.
Black Ops Plumbing is my commitment to doing things differently—providing professional plumbing services grounded in integrity, accountability, and genuine respect for every customer we serve. Every job we take on reflects that standard, because that’s what I believe this industry should be.
Plumbing Is More Than Pipes
Plumbing isn’t just a trade — it’s essential to everyday life. Clean water, safe drainage, hot showers, functioning hospitals — it all depends on plumbing done right.
When COVID hit, plumbers were on the front lines installing oxygen lines in medical facilities. Every day, we provide the clean water families use to wash their hands, cook meals, and take care of their homes.
We take that responsibility seriously.

A Lifetime Around Plumbing
Plumbing runs in my family. I learned the trade from my father, who has been a plumber for nearly 40 years and owns his own company in Youngstown, Ohio. Growing up around the business taught me what quality workmanship looks like — but more importantly, it taught me how to treat customers.
Today, our team brings over 100 years of combined plumbing experience to every job. That depth of knowledge means we’ve seen just about everything — and we know how to handle it.

I was born and raised right here in Tampa, Florida, and I’ve lived here my whole life. This community means everything to me. I love our state, the people in it, and the opportunity to serve the place I’ve always called home.
